Program Manager, Competency Solutions

Eduworks Corporation (Eduworks) seeks a qualified individual to oversee, coordinate, and support a full range of activities related to its competency solutions, built using its Competency and Skills System (CaSS).

These activities include research, development, implementation, marketing, business development, customer relations, sales, and contracting. This is a leadership position with significant impact on and responsibility for the success of Eduworks’ largest division and related work within Eduworks.

The successful candidate will have experience with military or corporate training and HR, a working knowledge of procurement and business requirements in the US Government and private sector, sufficient technical depth to work with software engineers and manage architectural and cybersecurity requirements, a background in competency and skills management or the ability to quickly acquire domain knowledge in this area, proven management and leadership skills within the context of large programs, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is a remote position for a person located within the continental United States who can travel to meet with Eduworks personnel and customers and to attend trade events. The candidate must be able to hold a US security clearance. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
